The BLA-800 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) consists of four basic components: smoke monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, smoke parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor parameters such as SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. in gases, and can also be extended to monitor parameters such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2, humidity, etc. for specific occasions. The tested gas undergoes sampling probe dust removal, heat tracing tube sampling, multi-stage filtration, and two-stage condensation for rapid water removal and cooling, and enters the micro heat tracing gas analysis module (DOAS and TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. The use of dry measurement effectively solves technical problems such as large fluctuations in data measurement caused by humidity changes in waste incineration.
