Product Introduction:

The GCOM-3220 volatile organic compound online analyzer (gas chromatograph) uses a dedicated chromatographic column combination, gas path blowback technology, and dual hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) technology to achieve simultaneous detection of non methane total hydrocarbons and benzene derivatives. It is suitable for high temperature, high humidity, and high dust conditions, and the data can be uploaded to the corresponding monitoring platform according to requirements.

The analyzer adopts GC+dual FID detection technology to achieve simultaneous monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons and benzene derivatives;

The entire process of sample collection, transmission, and monitoring is accompanied by heat, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement data;

Using MFC electronic flow control technology to control gas flow, with high control accuracy and good stability;

The dual detector configuration, dual column box structure design, and support for multi-point continuous detection have improved the application range;

The intelligent FID detector has a flameout and self ignition alarm function, which effectively controls the safety of the hydrogen flame gas path;

Automatic cycle operation upon startup, automatic fault diagnosis, regular automatic calibration, truly achieving online analysis;

Support remote control of the analyzer via TCP/IP network, and the analyzer can also be directly operated on-site through the touch LCD screen.
