Product Introduction:

The BLA-6200 laser gas analysis system is mainly used for automatic continuous monitoring of the main component content in incineration and process analysis flue gas. The monitoring items should include CO, HF, HCl, SO2, NOx, smoke, etc. Among them, HCl and HF are the difficult points to detect. Under such working conditions, our company has launched a waste incineration HClHF analysis system. This system is based on the principle of TDLAS technology, using multi-channel reflection technology to increase the measurement optical path, and utilizing in-situ high-temperature and humidity extraction method to simultaneously measure HCl and HF gases.

Product Features:

At temperatures above 190 ℃, the entire process is accompanied by heat extraction to avoid interference from dust and water vapor, and to prevent HCl/HF from dissolving in water and forming acid corrosion;

In situ installation, try to avoid pipeline adsorption of HCl and HF gases to improve measurement accuracy;

Adopting advanced online HCl and HF analysis technology "TDLAS+multi-channel reflection technology";

No moving parts, powerful functionality, supports automatic calibration, remote operation and maintenance, remote software upgrades, etc.

Suitable for monitoring gas emissions in various environmental and industrial processes, mainly used for analyzing flue gas in waste incineration plants.
