DESCRIPTION:

The BLA-500 ammonia escape online monitoring system (NH3) is based on the principle of tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. The system consists of three main parts: preprocessing, gas analysis module, and data processing and display. The tested gas undergoes high-temperature sampling probe dust removal, high-temperature transmission through heat tracing pipes, and enters the high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. Effectively solved technical problems such as blockage of flow path caused by low-temperature crystallization of ammonium salts, low measurement accuracy due to dissolution of NH3 caused by low-temperature condensed water precipitation, and inability to measure due to high dust attenuation optical path in in-situ systems.

Single line spectroscopy absorption technology avoids background gas interference, has a low detection limit, and has a small range drift;

Heat tracing above 220 ℃ to avoid ammonium salt crystallization and water dissolution absorption;
