The BLA-COD-500 COD water quality online analyzer is a new type of fully automatic online analyzer used for measuring chemical oxygen demand (COD). This product is based on our patented magnetic conductivity measurement platform and combines technologies such as constant temperature optical fiber and digestion colorimetric integration to achieve high-precision, low detection limit, high stability, and low maintenance COD fully automatic online monitoring. The working principle of this product complies with the technical requirements of "HJ/T 399-2007 Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water Quality - Rapid Digestion spectrophotometric method", fully meeting the applications in pollution sources, industrial production processes, municipal sewage and other fields. Certified by CPA and CCEP.
Magnetic conductivity measurement technology is not affected by interference such as high chromaticity, suspended solids, and bubbles; High reliability and strong resistance to chloride ion interference; High detection accuracy, low quantification limit (10mg/L), and small long-term drift of the instrument; Equipped with one click self-test function and self diagnostic function; Single channel highly integrated valve island, capable of single valve maintenance, disassembly, and cleaning; Scalable 24/7 networking function, monitoring instrument operation status anytime, anywhere; Equipped with alarm function, quality control function, and reverse control function.
Widely used in environmental pollution source monitoring, industrial process water monitoring, municipal sewage treatment, surface water monitoring, etc.
